Kristin Boyett oversees all asset management activities for the portfolio. Additionally, she is responsible for corporate-level accounting, human resources, licensing, payroll and technology.

Prior to Pendant, Ms. Boyett spent ten years at the University of North Texas working in their Multimedia Development Lab and External Relations departments, managing clients, projects and events. Previously, she worked for Aimbridge Hospitality and the Grand Kempinski Hotel.

Ms. Boyett has a B.S. in Communications from Trinity University and M.L.S from University of North Texas.
